Community Updates
Bulletin Board (April 2025):
1) The Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) issued a FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact) for the Lin Yee Chung Association’s Manoa Banyan Court project. The FONSI is scheduled to be published in late February. Any litigation contesting the FONSI must begin within 30 days of the publication.
2) Aria Lane: application was updated and resubmitted. There is a new deadline of February 24, 2025 for DPP to respond. Changes include removal of multi-family units (affordable housing) to offsite.
3) The requested No Parking sign on Oahu Ave (discussed at previous MNB meetings) has been installed.

4) Young trees planted near tennis/pickle ball courts in Manoa Park to mitigate noise from pickle ball (discussed at previous MNB meetings).
5) 1000 Tree Giveaway will be on Sunday November 9th, 2025 from 8 AM-11 PM at 2234 Kamehameha Ave in Manoa (UH President's House)
